Triple P has practical and simple strategies to help parents manage behavior, build strong family relationships and enjoy parenting more. Triple P isn’t just a single program. It’s flexible, to suit all kinds of families. You can choose face-to-face sessions, group courses, seminars or small one-time discussion groups. However you do Triple P, you’ll finish with your own toolbox of easy-to-use strategies that will help you feel more confident about managing your child or teenager’s behavior.
